Al Crooke - Partner, Agent
Since joining the firm in August of 1980 Al has believed in surrounding himself with good people to provide good service. His wife and three children reside in Muir. Al enjoys watching sports and collecting sports memorabilia.
Service to the community is a big part of Al's life. He serves on the Muir Village Council as President and is a member of the Ionia School Districts Superintendents Advisory Committee.
In 1992 Lisa Loucks-McKee, Dave O'Mara, and Al Crooke Purchased the Fred Haight Insurance Agency. Dave and Al bought Lisa out in 2007. Along with Dave O'Mara, Al continues to service loyal clients and form relationships with new ones just as the Fred Haight Insurance Agency has done since 1964.
Dave O'Mara - Partner, Agent
Dave joined the Fred Haight Insurance Agency over 26 years ago. Dave enjoys his duties as a co-owner which involves sales and service with old and new clients. Married to Gwen his family includes two daughters and a son. Dave also enjoys watching sports but hunting, golfing, and fishing are the hobbies he is most passionate about.
As an Ionia resident for over 39 years Dave believes community service is a big part of doing business in a community. As a former board Member of Saint Peter and Paul School and a current board member of Ionia Public Schools Dave puts many hours into community service.
In 1992 Lisa Loucks-McKee, Al Crooke and Dave O'Mara Purchased the Fred Haight Insurance Agency. Dave knows the Fred Haight Insurance Agency would not exist without their loyal client base. He believes that loyalty is attributed to the service and attention to detail the entire staff provides. The product we deliver and how we perform after the sale are keys to our continued success.
Marcy - Customer Service Representative
Marcy is one of our Customer Service Representatives who has worked here for over 12 years. She enjoys outdoor activities with her
husband and two children. Marcy is a team player and is a believer in our customer service philosophy.
Sandra - Customer Service Secretary
Sandra handles the duties of Customer Service Secretary. She enjoys kayaking, fishing , and tennis with her husband and two sons.
Sandra has lived in Muir for over twenty four years. She enjoys learning the insurance business and interacting with clients on a
daily basis.
Linda - Customer Service Representative
Linda is a Customer Service Representative that has been with us over 7 years. Married over 36 years with two daughters and two
grandchildren help making her spending time with family one of her hobbies. Living in Ionia all her life she definitely knows the
people and how to provide the service they want.
Donnette - Customer Service Representative
Donnette has been a Customer Service Representative with us for over 12 years. She enjoys scrapbooking, drawing, and card making.
She is active in Cub Scouts with her husband and three sons. She also enjoys volunteering around Lyons where she has lived for over
32 years. Her key to success is to treat the customer the way you would like to be treated. Just the way we want it!
